I'm definitely going to use the idea of giving students an opportuniy to answer each others questions before I do.

I can post on Google Classroom a FAQ section for each assignment or students can just post Questions to the stream.  Right now I am offering Zoom meetings for any 1-on-1 tutorials but was spending a lot of time with 1 or 2 out of 40 students.  So, that means 38 students know how to do what these few don't, or atleast I can assume.  So, if I give students extra credit for answering other students questions, then it saves me a bunch of time.  Plus they are more engaged and interactive and it rewards participation.  Also I will answer the question after 24 hours if no other student can help.  

It's a great idea.
