I've learned that an agent license must be renewed each year. Also, that keeping a binder with all documentation in this course is vital in my position.

I learned the rules that I should follow to be able to work as an admissions agent. This module clarify me all the requirements and the information I should know about my institution to be a good agent. 

I've learned that it's important for admissions staff to be trained before they start working.  Besides needing to be experts about our program, it's important for them to know the State of Florida requirements.

Have learned much about the policies and procedures for Admissions. learn that even what the position is named (my position) is regulated. Not to call myself anything other than Admissions Rep. Learned also the terms used in the guide books. Learned about Title IV, rules, regulations, and statues involved in the admissions process.

As an Admission Representative is important understand the State Regulations and institution regulations to be in compliance avoiding to be in trouble. Also in the information provide it's show how importance is to have the Official Notebook or Binders with the proper documentation including; Florida State Rules and Status, Institution History and Accreditation, Institution Programs, Financial Assistance programs, and Institution Code of Ethics and Rules. 

This is my first time being an Admission Representative and this module helped me understand that it is important to know codes and register information as well as the institutional rules and regulation. It is also important to have and the knowledge of each course that your institution offers so that the perspective  student can know that you are well informed of the institution you work for. 

I have learned the basis of the role of an admissions representative, including formal definitions.

I have learned that it is crucial to adhere to the policies and procedures as outlined in the course training. 

Policies are forever changing, so it's important to take note and track to continue being in compliance with current regulations.

I learned the importance of having all the information about my institution in an organized and updated manner, in addition to knowing all the terms and definitions.
I will apply it to do a better job.

I am an Admission's Representative that has learned to be mindful of how I represent myself. I cannot refer to my position as an advisor or counselor. I also am learning new terminology and rules/regulations.

I learned the admission process, policies and procedures.

I have learned the difference between Agent, representative and recruiter in a Higher Education Institution. 

I admire how well Florida authorities have established standards and regulations for Education, and particularly fair consumer practices. Well done, Florida Deparment of State.

I learned important terms needed to know for recruitment and enrollment which will not only benefit me but prospective students as well. 

As a school representative, I prioritize staying informed about admissions policies, emphasizing clear communication with my staff and the Marketing Department. I've gained insights into acceptable titles, found value in institutional resources, and recognized the importance of clarity in transfer credit statements. Consultation skills also prove beneficial in the admission process.

It's mostly information that we use or apply on a daily basis in the office, but we didn't necessarily know what it meant or how to work in depth.

I am a virtual admissions rep for my college. I have learned a lot about different terminology that is used.

As President of Diversity Cyber Council, I recognize the importance and value of implementing best practice policy and standards as it relates to the administration and governance of our technology workforce readiness programs. I am grateful that I was able to gain more informative insight in this course.
