I've learned that Admissions Staff Training for anyone that works in Admission for a University along with regulations that govern.

I learned that regulations are constantly changing, making it extra important to keep an eye on policy updates and modifications.

I have learnt the Admissions Staff Training course is necessary before you can work as an Admissions counselor in Florida. Renewal is every year.

I learned why it's important to go through this training and what the important terminology to know is.

I have a better understanding of the value that Accreditations bring to the table.

I have learned that is important to have update information about the institution`s programs, policies and regulations since as admissions staff. This allows us to properly guide prospective students.

I learned the importance of knowing everything about institutional policies and academic proposal, in order to always correctly guide the prospect to make an informed decision.

I have learned the importance of both roles and teamwork to achieve the best results in the field.

I have learned the responsibilities of my job as part of the admissions team

Rules and regulations regarding Florida post secondary educational programs

I know understand the necessity to complete this training before starting in Admissions so that I can stay up to date with current policies and procedures.

I have learned the responsibilities of my job as part of the admissions team, as well as the rules and regulations of the Florida Department of Education and the FAC, along with the key terms.

I learned that being up to date with the latest information is very important, as well as using the proper terminology. As an admission advisor it is important for us to know the ins and outs of the institution and know where to find the proper resources if we don't have the correct answer.

I learned that there are many requirements that an admissions agent must understand. This requires both FAPS and institutional training to satisfy the Commission. In addition, I learned that beyond the online publications that organizing those publications and online forms within a printed Notebook is the best practice for easy reference.

Important information for us to understand all definitions associated with the admissions process.

What I learned from the training program is being prepared by having set up in one's computer access to the FTC catalog, enrollments agreement form, and institution program information will set up an admission representative for success. This is because students will ask various questions, and an admissions representative must be ready to answer.

An admissions employee can only work for a licensed institution, the agent license is effective for one year and not transferable, the license must be renewed each year, a resource notebook is beneficial to keep all reference information in one place, and lots more!

I really appreciate the alignment on terms used to ensure clarity and consistency in communication

I learned training is a requirement for all admission reps and the license must be renewed every year.
