A school’s culture is often reflected in the daily experiences of its students, and this module helped me recognize how strongly it influences student retention and success. I learned that organizational culture is built through shared values, communication, teamwork, and the way people support one another. A positive culture encourages students to feel that they belong and that their goals matter. As a part-time LVN instructor, I intend to contribute to a positive educational culture by promoting respect, collaboration, and open communication. I will strive to create a classroom where students feel safe asking questions, learning from mistakes, and developing confidence. Supporting a healthy culture is essential for preparing successful future nurses.
