A student's ability to begin picturing themself in their new role post graduation is a critical retention and completion tool. Life after graduation may be a source of anxiety unless students have confidence in the Career Services Department.  Is it successful in preparing students for, and connecting student to, entry level opportunities after program completion? Seeing is believing. Frequent employer information sessions, on campus hiring event, job fairs, job postings (student and graduate level), field trips to employer facilities, job readiness workshops and individualized resume writing, career planning and interview preparation assistance all work to create a sense of security and confidence in the student.
