<p>This lesson included the information on the value and purpose behind clear policy definitions regarding employee placement. The information collected can be skewed if clear expectations/definitions are not established.&#160; It is important to have clear definitions of policies to provide accurate information regarding verification.&#160; There are ways to enhance verification and best practices to use when collecting data. I plan to make sure I understand the clear definition of what is expected in my role regarding verification to ensure I provide the correct information to avoid any skewed results and to make sure I stay within compliance of what my institution expects regarding what the definition of "placement" is.&#160;</p>
