<p>Resumes are becoming a lost art because there isn't much coaching and a lot of the advice is to just have the students use ChatGPT instead of working on it themselves and if it still needs revision to use that as last resort. I have never even been coached on a resume for some the feel it is just intrinsic but these coaching's are needed so students know what information they can't live not include versus what may not be needed. One thing they didn't touch on was personalization like color and a picture, but I have found that is a good help!</p>
