This topic reminded me that being prepared every day is the best way to handle an onsite visit. Keeping important documents updated and easy to access, such as catalogs, handbooks, syllabi, faculty files, and accreditation documents, helps reduce stress and allows us to respond quickly to requests.
It is also important to remember that visitors may want to speak with faculty and students. The best approach is to encourage honest and natural conversations. People should feel comfortable sharing their real experiences without being over-prepared.
I will continue to focus on organization, communication, and maintaining compliance as part of our daily routine so we are always ready for a visit.
