In this module, I learned the importance of honesty, professionalism, and clear communication when working with prospective students. I now understand the role of the Florida Commission for Independent Education, the need for proper training, and why accurate information about programs, fees, and licensing requirements is essential. I plan to use this knowledge to guide students responsibly and make sure they have all the information they need before enrolling.
