This module taught me the importance of being honest, professional, and well-informed when working with prospective students. I now understand the role of the Florida Commission for Independent Education in regulating admissions staff, the need for approved training, and why accurate communication is essential.
I also learned that documents like the catalog and enrollment agreement set the rules for enrollment, and that misrepresentation can have serious consequences. I plan to use this knowledge to guide students accurately and ethically in every interaction.
