The Enrollment Agreement is lengthy and reads like a contract in most parts. Understandable. Other parts include topics that I've seen as issues at many institutions. Information the student was exposed to at some point in admissions and throughout their academic career, that they have ample access to, but is often used as a defense to issues during the program. This acknowledgement/signoff curbs a lot of that. Much appreciated.
Also, I sat down with my Campus Director to go through the form. We discussed the length and concluded that for each one of those bulleted topics was a past concern/problem that required inclusion on the document. In 10 years that 11 page agreement will probably be 30 pages. LOL!
