<p>IN this module I learned that when having an appointment with a possible future student it is important to be prepared and to make sure the student is fully aware of the program requirements and that they can not enroll until all the requirements have been met.&nbsp; Also to make sure you are giving accurate information and not misleading students.&nbsp; I also learned that it is important to be knowledgeable about the INstitution as well as the catalog and the state requirements.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
