I learned that admissions staff must provide accurate and transparent information to prospective students regarding enrollment requirements, Title IV financial aid, and institutional policies. It is especially important that Title IV funding information and transfer credit policies are clearly explained so students can make informed decisions. I plan to apply this knowledge by ensuring all student communications are honest, compliant, and focused on helping students understand their educational and financial responsibilities before enrolling.
