<p>I have gained an understanding of the requirement that all Admissions personnel must complete training prior to working in the role, terms and definitions that are important and the importance of starting a Resource Handbook and keeping it updated with the most recent information. &#160;I intend to use the information learned to start a resource handbook for the institution and for those individuals that will be working in the Admissions role</p>
