Hello, this is my first position as an Admissions Representitive. I am learning the correct proceedure (FAC) and further explanations neccessary to communicate fully to each prospective student as they progress through the application process. As I have been going through the training of information in my institution's cataloge, this course further defines the steps and reasons for those steps. This acts as a way to further the process for understanding, which then intern aides with retaining the information given. Now when I am in front of a student, I will better institute the steps, and provide the right language so that the student is able to also understand.
