One key takeaway from this module is that while the core Title IX regulations must remain intact, institutions have flexibility in how they structure their investigative and disciplinary processes to fit their unique environment. This reinforced for me the importance of creating procedures that are both compliant and practical. I intend to apply this by continually evaluating our processes to ensure they meet regulatory requirements while also being effective, fair, and responsive to the needs of our school community.
