From this module, I learned that investigations and disciplinary procedures must be conducted fairly, objectively, and consistently while protecting the rights of all individuals involved. The training emphasized the importance of due process, thorough documentation, impartial investigations, and adherence to institutional policies and legal requirements. I also gained a better understanding of the roles of faculty and staff in supporting the process while avoiding actions that could compromise an investigation.
