<p>I learned how important it is to maintain compliant and professional communication with students, especially when representing the institution. One section that stood out to me was the information about the GI Bill and VA benefits. It was very informative and helped me batter understand how these benefits work and what schools must do to stay in compliance when assisting veterans and military students. I plan to apply what I've learned by being more aware of how I communicate, especially when discussing sensitive topics like financial aid or student benefits.</p>
