I agree its just more reinforcement for me. We are a small school family owned and run, so compliance and doing things correctly is a big issue for us. We're all anal here. I was just making a commment earlier on a blog that if people did things correctly by using common sense then we wouldn't need the Government telling us what to do, but the problem is we have Wolves that love to take advantage of the weak, so I love being able to be one to say no this is the way you have to run things if you don't like it take it up with the State Board.
