The concept of "requisite variety" resonated with me most—realizing that no single approach works for every individual, and that building adaptability and consultative skills takes time and practice. In my daily work, I plan to focus more on active listening, understanding each student's unique background, and staying committed to ethical transparency so they feel genuinely supported in making the right educational choices.
