Respecting student autonomy by ensuring educational choices genuinely align with their personal goals.
Using our institutional mission and values as a guiding compass whenever facing gray areas or uncertain decisions.

Preparing both the workspace and our mental focus really sets the tone for meaningful student interactions. Setting up a quiet, distraction-free environment and taking a quick breath between conversations helps me stay fully present.
