From this module, I learned how important organization is in both the classroom and the lab for keeping students safe, engaged, and on task. Clear procedures, well-organized materials, and consistent routines help reduce confusion and behavior issues, especially in hands-on CTE environments. I also learned that good organization supports safety, time management, and smoother transitions during lessons and lab activities.
I plan to apply this by setting clear expectations, labeling and organizing materials, and teaching procedures early so students know exactly what to do. Having a structured and organized space will help create a safe, productive learning environment where students can focus on learning and building their skills.
