Meetings are certainly a valuable tool in the world of an Adm Rep... They should be scheduled and they should be ON Time. Every minute in that room (although educational) is valuable time away from reaching out to prospects. Come to meetings on time and Be Prepared to speak about your role intelligently,,,, no BS, they'll see right through it.
