As a leader, self-awareness means understanding your emotions, communication style, strengths, and areas for improvement.  Additionally recognizing how your behavior affects your team.  One must be open to feedback, acknowledge mistakes, recognize personal biases, and continuously see opportunities to grow.  Also, be mindful of your tone, body language and reaction s.  Listen actively, consider how your message impacts others, and adjust your approach when needed.  It is always good to pause before reacting, ask questions, and remain open to different perspectives
