I have learned that personality traits are an important core factor in designing activities that align with the interests of my students. As an instructor, I must understand students' personalities to formulate an activity that best suits their interests. Creating a group activity that caters to all TC spectrums will ensure engagement, collaboration, and a sense of achievement for the students who are diverse in terms of personalities. Knowing these takeaways will greatly help me to perform all my duties and responsibilities as a teacher.
