One key takeaway from this module is that engagement has to be intentionally designed, especially online. Clear expectations and accountability are important, but they’re not enough on their own to keep students actively involved.

I’ve realized I can improve by increasing peer interaction and giving students more ownership in the learning process. Moving forward, I plan to incorporate more structured discussions, decision-based activities, and consistent check-ins to keep engagement high.

This module reinforced the need to be more intentional with how I create an interactive and motivating learning environment.
