I learned how much technology contributes to student success in an online classroom. It goes beyond posting assignments or delivering a lesson. When used with purpose, technology can help students stay engaged, connect with one another, and access the support they need.
Moving forward, I want to be more intentional about how I use technology in my teaching. That means being open to learning new tools, trying different ways to engage students, and keeping communication clear and consistent. My goal is to create an online classroom where students feel supported, included, and comfortable participating. I want the technology I use to serve a purpose and help students connect with what they are learning.
