Based on this module, I learned that successful online instruction requires strong organization, effective written communication, time management, and the ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. The reading reinforced the importance of helping students assess their online readiness, develop motivation, and strengthen time management skills to improve their chances of success. As an instructor, I plan to apply these concepts by providing clear expectations, encouraging consistent communication, offering timely feedback, and supporting students in identifying both their strengths and areas for growth in the online learning environment
