I learned that ELL students learn best when instruction is intentional, supportive, and responsive to language development needs, including the use of visuals, modeling, and opportunities for meaningful interaction. I plan to apply this by providing clear scaffolds, encouraging student talk, and creating an inclusive classroom environment where language differences are respected and supported.
