The Diversity in “Diverse” | Origin: ED137

In order to provide inclusive instruction diversity must be considered. Diversity plays a huge role in our everyday life. As instructors we have be aware of the biases we hold and confront them head on to provide quality instructor that considers each student. We should consider ourselves, our background, and the things that make us different. Keep in mind that we would want out culture and diverse background to be considered by those that we work with.
