In my case as a chef instructor and executive chef integrity must be our distinguishing characteristic as how we carry ourselves in the classroom and kitchen sets the baseline for professionalism. by modeling dependability, food safety habits and clear, empathic communications daily, we teach our students that showing up prepared and working as a unified team are just as critical as knife skills. when we integrate these soft skills directly into our daily station pre and kitchen routines. we prepare our students to step onto any kitchen floor with confidence, mutual respect and the workplace habits employers count on most .
