My school implements a teaching bell to bell initiative. I get the importance of this. The mobility piece was also a great reminder. No matter tired I am, moving around the classroom is vital. I can check for understanding, give necessary supports and make sure students are on task. This adds to fostering positive relationships and being able to give instant, meaningful feedback.
