This module deepened my understanding that motivation is the engine of student success. I learned that being a 'motivational teacher' isn't just about enthusiasm; it’s about clearly communicating the 'why' behind the curriculum to help students find personal relevance in the material. I also gained a new perspective on patience—not as a passive trait, but as a proactive pedagogical tool that gives students the 'cognitive breathing room' they need to process complex ideas without fear of judgment.

Also, this module reinforced that a teacher’s impact is built on both intentional presence and relational safety. I’ve learned that being a 'motivational teacher' begins with punctuality, which sets a professional tone and respects students' time, and extends into how I use my physical mobility to dissolve the barrier between the 'lecturer' and the 'learner.' I now see patience and appropriate language not just as soft skills, but as the primary tools for building a classroom culture where students feel safe enough to take intellectual risks.

I learned how to be more intentional in the way I communicate with my students and that, to be truly effective, I need to use additional mobility and presence in the classroom. Circulating around the room allows me to engage with students more directly, monitor their understanding, and provide immediate, positive feedback. By creating a supportive and responsive environment, students feel more comfortable asking questions, and I gain a clearer understanding of where they may need extra guidance.

I learned how to be more intentional about the way I talk to my students and that if I want to be effective, I must use extra mobility.

I learned the importance of being intentionally present and actively engaged with students as part of basic teaching practice. One strategy that stood out to me was circulating around the room to monitor student understanding and provide immediate, positive interactions. When you have a supportive environment students become more comfortable asking questions, and I can gain a clearer picture of where they may need help.

The new generation of students require a different teaching methods where patience, organization methods, as well as being able to turn an excuse until a learning experience are crucial for their success.

Strong teaching starts with simple fundamentals like clear communication, good organization, and setting the tone at the start and end of each class.

Due to the changes in technology, considerations for more interactive teaching methods and educational organization is required for student success.

Implementation of some of the basic teaching methods is to exhibit both administrative and educational organization. This helps both the teacher and the students to get the most out of the time and effort spent in the course. Additionally, suggestive and careful communication is expected in order to accommodate the students and a non-confrontational learning environment.
