Using different learning styles in my classroom has shown me that students grasp concepts in very different ways, so a single teaching method is not effective for everyone. Incorporating a mix of visual, discussion-based, and hands-on approaches has improved engagement and helped me identify students’ actual understanding. It has also made me more flexible and reflective in how I deliver content.
I specifically liked the idea of using the Learning needs assessments and will be encouraging students to not only learn ideas in their own way but to also grasp other concepts.
