Key take aways for me during this session is the importance of being prepared before starting the class. That takes planning ahead of any lecture or lab. Equipment, supplies, handouts, and most importantly the class day outline to have an effective and constructive day for the students. Being prepare also means being in the classroom early to make sure everything is going to go according to schedule and also to great students and set the example.
