In this topic I have learned several things as it pertains to Planning and Preparation for being an instructor. There are many factors in becoming an effective instructor like, knowing how to teach, setting goals, developing a syllabus and having a good teaching environment. As a new instructor I am going to utilize all of the information and instruments given to me during my training and apply that in the classroom. One in particular is to have an inviting learning environment for the students because that sets the tone as for how the students are going to embrace me (the instructor) and the course outline I will be teach them.
