This module taught me the importance of thorough planning and preparation for a successful teaching experience, especially as a new instructor. Key takeaways include the significance of clearly defined learning objectives, the need to organize course materials effectively, and how to design engaging and inclusive lessons. I also learned about the value of anticipating potential challenges and creating strategies to address them, ensuring that both the students and my own needs are met. I plan to apply these lessons by developing clear and structured lesson plans with specific goals for each session, organizing materials that are easy to access, and designing activities that foster active learning.
