Honestly, my favorite take away from this portion was when the Harvard Professor described his reasons for coming in early and greeting students. He really resonated with me with the importance of taking the time to greet students, take a quick moment chatting with them and asking them how they are doing and what they are working on within the course, and most importantly; knowing and saying their names correctly. It is well known that people like to hear their name, that is for sure, but it is a simple practice in respect. I enjoyed that and will take on that practice with more dedication.
