Try not to overwhelm the students with all of your accomplishments and how you're the smartest person who's ever been working in the field. Set an example for what's expected when they get jobs, from their future employers, customers, coworkers, etc. show a genuine interest in each student, be enthusiastic and be fair. You're not their pal, set this rule early, at the same time be polite show each student your invested in their future.
