I have learned important things to be one Great Instructor. Appling what I have learned is the a good platform for me (to be a model with credible, candid, compassionate, committed, clear to my students). The role of an instructor must have the soft and hard foundation of professionalism, effective and efficient on their work, to relate and know where you come from (past experience at your school, school, being a students, subjects you learn and had impact to your studying, fellow students you went to school). This is very informative to all instructors of what expected from them to deliver themselves to peers and students.
