Through learning about teaching models, I have gained a deeper understanding of the instructor's role as a role model, manager, and motivator. I have also learned how important professionalism is in creating a positive learning environment. I intend to apply this by modeling professionalism in my clinical setting, effectively managing student learning, and motivating students to build confidence and critical thinking skills. I will use both communication skills and create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
