Some of what is presented in this portion is common knowledge for any workplace (professional appearance, good hygiene, respectful language, etc.), but a lot of it is about being humble despite any bed of knowledge you may have. It is easy to be perceived as a "know-it-all" if you behave in that manner. It's best to take all you know and absorb as much of the newest knowledge as you can so that you can be better prepared than you might otherwise be. Yes, we are here to teach but the major objective is that students learn; it is otherwise for naught.
