This module helped me better understand the importance of intentional planning, clear expectations, and active student engagement in effective instruction. I learned how instructor presence, organization, and communication set the tone for learning. I plan to apply these concepts by preparing more structured lessons, clearly outlining objectives, and using varied teaching strategies to engage different learning styles. These approaches will help create a more supportive, interactive, and productive learning environment for my students.
