<p>This module has backed up what i have learned the hard way in the field. When first promoted to shop Forman, i didn't realize that my fellow technicians felt i was belittling them. Lucky for me they knew that i am not easily offended and called me out. it was embarrassing and humbling at the same time. and i learned to never assume i was smarter then anyone and that they just needed help and they knew i would be able to help them or figure out a way to help them. I have always wanted more knowledge in my craft so i could always be helpful. and when asked for help i had no idea what to do i put in the work to figure it out. and i will need to remember the lessons i have learned from this module and in real life and carry them with me into this new role as an instructor.&#160;</p>
