EQ
Improving the EQ should be the goal of any educational system. WE are usually concentrated on IQ. We need to change, and se the whole picture of a human being. We as a human being have a hert and a will power beside our mind, and we should foster all together in our educational system.
Kiarash is correct. Also, it seems faculty needs to be aware of social intelligence and cultural intelligence
Just letting a student know that they are doing well in the class shows EQ and can go a long way when it comes to the interest of the student with the class. If they do not know if they are doing well or not it lowers their commitment.

You have to consider all the factors that make up a student. Where they come from, how they were raised, what their home life is like. These all have a part to play in their makeup.
