Disclosures are distributed to employees in a couple of ways. Disclosures are provided on our Intranet, email and paper copies are distributed for the disclosures that need to be signed. Students receive disclosures on their student portal, the catalog and paper copies are distributed for those disclosures that need to be signed.
Disclosures are distributed in our student catalogs, applications,promotional materials, and on our website as well. We also provide disclosure on topics such as placement and graduation rates during information sessions and in response to inquiries via phone calls or e-mails.
Disclosure information is distributed to employees through the company intranet along with email communication of the information.
Students/Prospective students receive the information through our website and via their student portal.
Many of our disclosures are completed during the admmissions and orientation process. We have a huge packet for them to complete. This packet contains the consumer form, drug free policy statement, handbook checklist, photo consent form, emergency contact form, rules and regulations form. We also give enrolled students the updated information each year and it is published. We require all forms to be signed and dated and put into their files.

In order to maintain a compliant environment creating transparency through disclosures is necessary. Sometimes students can be overwhelmed by the shear magnitude and volume of the paperwork necessary to to enroll, this makes this more important to have an admissions advisor who can walk the student through the paperwork.

School's disclosures can be found on the school website and catalog addenda. In addition, employees have access to this information through the global drive which could be accessed at any time as a reference tool.
Our disclosure are listed in our website, school catalog/catalog addendum and in any promotional material that is going to be provided to students. In our Admissions department we ensure to provide the schools website link in the program information sheet and encourage students to seek the disclosure information.
