Drug and Alcohol abuse prevention
If a student is accused of abussing drugs, and they are asked to give a drug test and refuse it could that be seen as discrimination?
If it is part of the school policy to do so I don't think so.
I realy don't know if they can refuse a drug test? Can they?
I feel like they can be asked to take a drug test if there is some sort of evidence for the school to be asking.

An administrator feels like a student is under the influence, they can ask to take a drug test but documentation needs to be added for the safety of the school and student.
No, this is not discrimination it is for the integrity of the program.
