Misrepresentation can destroy transparency and trust, this can be a serious regulatory violation. The USDOE defines misrepresentation as any false erroneous or misleading statement made by the institution directly or indirectly to a student.

If we fail to provide accurate information in our disclosuress our institution is put at risk. Our departments may impose penalties for each violation, schools may be limited, suspended, or terminated from participation in Federal Student Aid Programs, and state approvals maybe revoked.

Our Mission & Values is what helps an organization sum up how they run their company to all all consumers and competitors. A good mission statement should state what your belief and values are in the company for the consumer. This is a great selling point to address the companies interest and dedication to the consumer.
