Where else could a potential student recieve disclosures from other than admissions?
The website is one place that should contain the disclosures. But, generally speaking, Admissions is where prospective students get things initially. Since some disclosures require annual updates, typically Student Services (or similar) departments handle provision of such periodic disclosures.
Our potential students also receive some disclosures such as availability of federal financial aid (Stafford loans and federal grants) during their FA tentative appointments with one of Financial Aid Officer.
