It's important to not just convey information clearly, but to be considerate of the person receiving it. Adjust your speech patterns, language used, demeanor, etc to best effectively communicate to others. Slow down, be intentional, and pay attention to moments that may be difficult to convey/understand, or lapses where someone may not have comprehended what was spoken. Adjust accordingly.
A communication ecosystem allows you to design a map of how messages, mediums, and audiences interact dynamically.
I have learnt how to renew my communication context to ensure I am actually consistent in my communication and also ensure i have a good energy when communicating.
Overtime we as advisors need to look at how we manage communication. Are we communicating the same way year after year, have we adjusted our changed our strategies. When to use standardization and when to use personalization.
